I need to learn how to get organized for taking distance learning courses. Any suggestions?
It has been 3 years since I took any academic college courses. I will be starting off with one graduate course so I can take things slowly and learn what will be expected of me next semester. I’d like to know how those in this situation get organized for distance learning. How do you plan for assignments, make time for reading, organize projects, etc?

According to Communist Manifesto, will capitalism ever be overthrown?
Marx predicted during his time that by now capitalism would have been abolished, along with private property and inheritance; in place of a classless and stateless system with free education for all. He encoureaged the working class to unite in a communistic revolution of overthrowing the bourgeoisie, yet it has not fully occured. Why not?

What can you do with a bachelors degree in Occupational Education?
I have been in radiology for nine years with an anmerican regisrty in radiology and mammography. I am curious about management but thats where it ends. I enjoy working in the medical field and found through several management interviews outside of the medical field that I can’t make the money that I made in the field of managment unless it is in the medical field. So now I’m needing some friendly advice as to where else I might seek to find financial stability as well a the ability to utilize my degree to better my chances on being more successful in job hunting.

Why is there so much class envy in our Country?
We have come to the point in this nation where we believe distribution of wealth is acceptable. We do not have a caste system. Everyone in this country is entitled to a free education and many to a free higher education. We all have the opportunity to succeed. We all choose our paths, therefore we are all RESPONSIBLE for our own successes and failures. You are NOT entitled to someone else’s hard work!!!! This is what helped bring us to the financial brink we now face. To become healthy again, we as nation must overcome class envy.

My education and work experience has increased, why hasn’t my salary?
I want a job that pays more. Who doesn’t right? My education and work experience have increased by my salary has not. Why is this?
I have BA in English/Education and MA in English/Writing. I have 4 years of work experience in educational administration ranging from administrative assistant to program coordinator at various institutions. I took a year and a half off to go back to school. Now with a Master’s degree, I am still making the same salary I made when I had a BA degree. Is it the education industry? Can I apply my knowledge and skills in a different industry that would put me in a higher salary bracket? Also, I do not want to teach. I would appreciate any advice you can give. Thank you.

Why should I give away my knowledge for free?
This is more of a theoretical question than a reflection of how I personally feel.
My education over a lifetime has cost close to a million dollars (and counting), from preschool to graduate school. Granted, I didn’t pay for it all myself…but what I’m getting at here is that if education is so ridiculously expensive, what is the benefit of distributing that knowledge to others for free?
This is the question of the 21st century, I think. And totally worth 5 points.
I emphasize that this is not how I personally feel, as I freely share my knowledge on Yahoo! Answers and in my daily life.
It is a question for the sake of provoking thought and *intelligent* discussion.

Get Finances For Your Children’s Education
Imagine the day when your child was born.
I’m sure you would be on cloud nine with family and friends wishing you on the new arrival.
It would have been the most memorable moment in your life, am I right?
How many nights you would have stayed awake to ensure your child gets a sound sleep?
For the happiness to stay, you ought to be responsible, especially education even though the costs have now increased.
Is it not your duty to provide them with all the basic needs?
As a parent, it is your responsibility to give the education they wish to study.
You definitely have to think about your financial position especially if your children are in college or will be going to college very shortly.
As a student years back, you would have been sitting cooly and your parents would have run around to get you a seat in the college.
Is this picture coming before your eyes now?
It’s now your turn to ensure that your child gets admission in the best college.
To get an admission in a college, you will have to shell out money for the application, records, scholastic assessment of test papers, etc., plus boarding and lodging if he/she is going to study in a college that is far off.
Are you worried that it is not possible to meet out these expenses with the salary that you get?
Yes…your child can get financial aid for further studies.
Do a simple search over the Internet and you will be able to find one very easily.
What you do no next is, simply go and visit the main office of the college or university and inquire about various scholarships and financial aids that they offer.
You will have to go in person and submit FAFSA (Free Application Form Student Aid).

How come liberals treat their protesters worse than they want us to treat terrorists?
THEY have their protestors TAZERED, but the ACLU and other liberals want enemy combatant terrorists AND illegals treated with respect and kid gloves. Why is that?
AMERICAN unarmed protesters get shocked but liberals want to give free education to illegals and hugs and love to Al Qaeda.

Why do peeps from asia/europ come to USA for college, when the colleges in their home?
countries are just as good or better?
also, why would anyone from europe come to usa to study when in most countries college is virtually free?
Why do people think that money grows on trees in USA? I am not naive, nor a racist, and I have travelled out of usa (not everywhere though).
Most westernzed countries have exact same opportunities as USA, often better, with state healthcare and free education.
So whats the point of coming to usa to study?

Free Math Homework Help
When having problems in math, what may be needed is a review of previous math.
Many online websites offer free help for homework problems in math.
Help for homework problems can be found on many web sites.
Before more advanced subjects in math can be taken, the rules and formulas in basic math must be understood.
Learning multiplication usually involves learning the multiplication table, especially for the numbers that multiply to one hundred.
It is very important to know fractions since they have wide application in the world and not just in learning math.
Fractions and decimals can represent the same number although the notation is different.
When doing algebra, kids often have trouble with factoring and expanding polynomials.
Even before this, however, the mathematical idea of variables has to be understood.
Meanwhile, in trigonometry, they might have trouble with the trigonometry functions such as sine, cosine, tangent, secant, cosecant, and cotangent.
The many formulas and terms used in algebra and trigonometry are important for taking higher math courses such as precalculus and calculus in addition to probability and statistics.
Along with the definition of a derivative, special rules have to be learned that rely on understanding rules from previous math.
Integrals are more complicated than derivatives because they sometimes require setting up a problem to fit a particular rule.
Unlike derivatives, there might not be a solution unless numerical methods are used.

How do you think the economy, which in all intensive purposes, refers to the budget crisis in CA,?
will effect community corrections? Will it or will not have a drastic impact on it?
When you compare the public sentiment on public funding of other issues, socialized medicine for everyone, free education, additional increases in welfare expenditures, there is not much left in the public pocket book for community corrections. Interestingly enough, crime and punishment does not seem to be a major concern of our presidential candidates.

What can I do about my education?
I go to a ‘low-grade’ school——meaning they are barely able to teach the core curriculum subjects. The school I went to before was really challenging, an they wanted to let me skip 2 grades. My problem is, is that I feel as if I am losing my intelligence by being at this low-class school. I fear that I’ll be unprepared for college, and it scares me. I know if I was challenged I could learn faster.
I have a teacher here who says ” Don’ let school interfere with your education.” This is good advice, except that if I go to the library, I can’t learn. Nothing there has been updated since the 70-80’s. (No I am not kidding) I can’t transfer schools, so I am stuck..
Can someone offer me some advice?
Another added problem is the fact, if the Oklahoma Board of Education were to investigate the duties of our counseler and some of the teachers——more than likely they’d be fired on the spot. Our counselor is lazy and hasn’t been filing our ‘records’ correctly. (Student and Teachers records. The ones were if a teacher gets written up, they disappear.) Yes, I have actually walked into her office while she’s done this. (She hastily tried to cover it up.)

What can I do if my primary education appeal has been refused?
I have children at 2 different schools, until 2 weeks ago they were both at the same school. Then a place became available at the school I want them both to be at for just one of the children, everyone I spoke to (including the head at the school we are moving from) thought we would get a place for the other child, on the basis that having 2 primary school children at different schools just isn’t feasible long term. I have just discovered our appeal was refused on the grounds that the class is full. Can anyone offer me any advice on what to do next? Please?
